Its nice from outside but...

Liked: Awful. The bathroom sink was cracked, ( 304) the tile baseboard part next to shower was chipped off, mildew at grout line in shower needsCleaning and regrout. Blood or red stains on a towel that was given to us to showerLSean was nice. Said we had an upgraded room (180.?) Breakfast had no bowls for oatmeal. I used a thermal coffee cup for oatmealCoffee tasted like hot water. Not Marriott standards. This place needs work

Liked: Bathroom missing tile. Wallpaper dirty. Unsure if it was cleaned by trash was left in room from previous guest.

Nice location and very pleasant...

Liked: They had a nice variety and different options daily for breakfast. It was always delicious! The indoor pool was very nice and we used it many times. The hotel was clean and the front desk staff was always cheerful. Sean at the front desk was especially helpful to us in offering suggestions for restaurants, attractions, and answering our questions.

Liked: The place was nicely decorated and very welcoming. Everything was clean. The staff was friendly. The hot breakfast in the morning was very good. The rooms were in great shape and everything worked and had a really nice bathroom and shower. And the staff was very helpful. The location of the hotel to the Fredericksburg downtown is excellent.
Disliked: I cannot think of anything that would’ve been really better. I personally would like to have a firm mattress and not a soft or pillow top mattress since I have a bad back. But everything was very nice. We will definitely stay there again when we come to Fredericksburg.
