Overall we enjoyed our stay...

Liked: The breakfast was good, but could use improvement. Some country potatoes, bacon, and fruit would have been nice.

Liked: Overwhelmed staff, dirty room & bathroom, TV didn’t work, elevator was broken down most of the time, lack of breakfast, no cleaning staff when requested, lack of essentials such as toilet paper, trash bags, & towels!

Disliked: On the evening of March 24th, I witnessed the check in staff storm into the pool room and be very rude to a PAYING CUSTOMER. The woman's child was playing in pool, there was some jumping and splashing, but nothing out of reason and during the children friendly hours. A different woman then stormed out of the pool, loudly cursing, while the pool room had several patrons and CHILDREN. I'm guess she went and complained to the formerly mentioned check in staff. I completely understand the check in staff addressing the situation with the mother of the child, but the way the red headed check in staff member addressed the mother was unbelievably rude and she was so loud, everyone in the pool room overheard. She was AWFUL. Kudos to the mother for keeping her calm, because they was she was disrespected by your staff was an embarrassment.

Liked: I loved that it was in frankenmuth. The person at checkin was the only nice staff we endured during our short stay!
Disliked: The people weren’t very kind, staff/HSKeepers were rude and short. Someone must of lied to front desk, saying my family and I stayed in both rooms past 12 which was a lie so we were charged for both rooms extra fees. I also had a child dealing with a. Cyst in which it popped while in frankenmuth, hence our stay in Frankenmuth,
