Liked: Lack of diversity in breakfast. Eggs mostly were prepared the same way.
Disliked: The attitude of the young Chinese boy who did not treat us on arrival. He lacks interpersonal skills.The room he allocated for us had aircons dismantled, some tissues were still on the floor when we open the door. We reported but kept saying my Manager is not here. What kind of business would have 1 person to allocate rooms for so many people? Eventually we were allocated a disabled room. It was a disaster especially having booked few months before we leave Africa.My wife and I brought most of the couples Africa to the hotel to stay with us but all were disappointed. Some never had their wifi working in their rooms.For years my wife and I have been staying there but each year it sounds like the hotel is deteriorating.Two years ago we paid a retention fee and were promised we will get it back into our account within 6 or 7 working days but till now we have not been paid back.This year again we paid and still 6 working days have passed never received back our money. Fair field owns us fews dollars. We asked the young Chinese man about our refund , he said Fair field now is under new Mnagement. What is that?

Liked: Did not eat the breakfast.
Disliked: Tv didn't work when we checked in. They did fix it when we returned back to the hotel. The bed had a roll to the middle effect when you laid down.

Sleepless and not accommodating
Liked: The staff was very helpful and nice.
Disliked: The loudness of the highway outside the hotel. Loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I travel once a month. There were housekeeping issues (light in room with shower not working, tub not draining, door not locking). But we were told maintenance does not work on Friday or Saturday and they could not be fixed. They moved us to a different room when the door wouldn’t lock and that room had the light and tub issue.
