Disappointing

Liked: The room was clean and did not smell
Disliked: The elevator and hallways had a horrible stench to them, made me very nauseated...The receptionist was very rude and demanding, and it seemed like she was inexperienced. Took over 20 minutes to check in and she could not answer the 1 simple question I asked.

Superb

Liked: Great, helpful and friendly staff.
Disliked: Our toilet was leaking and they came to fix it. It continued to leak slowly a couple days later. It wasn’t a huge problem for us.

All my expectation were met!

Liked: Breakfast was good. Location was great for where we needed to be. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: I would have preferred an easier way to get on the internet.
