Overall pleasant experience to this hotel. Great rooms, good customer service, and great amenities. Would definitely stay there again.

Liked: Good customer service; very clean and spacious rooms. Very nice amenities. Close enough to food places.
Disliked: Elevator made some sketchy noises, but that's about it.

Liked: Breakfast was as expected. Location was satisfactory. Coffee station lacked attention,i.e.,refill.
Disliked: Not anything that would prevent future stay at location.

Will not be staying here...

Liked: It was clean.
Disliked: It was in a construction zone and train passing so it was noisy. The high car break ins that had posted sign everywhere letting us know it was our responsibility if our cars were vandalized or broke into. They make security for that purpose. Our bed was up against the wall that had the ice machine so it banged and cried all night. Then breakfast so okay. The waffles anyways. The cooked food was horrible. When I booked the room it said checkout was at 3. The letter posted on our door said 12.
