Disappointing experience this time.

Liked: This location is awesome for our other family. There are a bunch of cool shops and restaurants nearby, making it super convenient for hanging out and enjoying good food together.
Disliked: I booked a room through Booking.com, but the Fairfield Inn couldn't find our reservation, even with the confirmation number. They told us they were sold out. After over 20 minutes of discussion, we left.

Disliked: Didn’t have the room I booked available, tried putting us in a smaller room and then the room smelled so bad that we couldn’t even walk in the door. Staff was no help. Still didn’t get the room that I paid for. We won’t be staying there again.

The showers were abysmal but...

Liked: Loved staff, they were very helpful and kind. Breakfast was nice, i appreciated the milk alternatives. The rooms were very clean, i enjoied the fresh towels after we had stayed a few days.
Disliked: The SHOWER would switch between hot and cold mid shower. It was awful. Like 1 minute in, the hot water would turn ice cold and then gradually, slowly get warm again. It really made showering stressful. Also, the king bed in the room was actually 2 queens, which seemed more like full beds.

Liked: The cleanliness by far!
Disliked: Their system was down at check in and the process was very inconvenient. Also the hot water in the shower was in and out during bathing. It would switch back and forth from both extremes.
