Disappointing
Disliked: Not enough towels one one wash cloth .The bed you could feel the springs in my side of the bed.

Liked: Easy access to arrived
Disliked: The front staff was always gone, check in took 15 mints ...just waiting on him to arrive to the front desk. AC was out and was switched to another room, well another 15 mints waiting for him to arrive to let him know that AC was not working. Please consider safety issues in front door or staff meets your requirements.

Decent, could be better
Liked: It's what you'd expect of a typical hotel experience. I was mostly satisfied with the complimentary breakfast since I got to make my own waffle.
Disliked: It seemed liked they were very under staffed. I arrived a bit before my check in time but they told me the room was already ready. While the room appeared to be clean it looked like it was put together in a hurry as I was missing towels and soap from the bathroom. I had to go down to the lobby and ask for them. The guy working the front desk grabbed some for me when another customer came down asking for more supplies for his room as well.I don't think I ever saw more than 2 employees the entire time I was there. Overall my stay was fine but there was certainly a lack of attention to detail when it came to customer service.

Liked: good -met epectations...not extraordinary
Disliked: rooms service non existent first 2 days then the desk told me I had to order it in advance otherwise only every other day --- totallyunacceptable for a Marriott hotelwhen we arrived ate as uber driver could not find directions from DALLAS Airport, no receptionist at front desk ...said she was in bathroom but that was a long 1t5 minutes at 10 pm to sit there andwait....someone else was in lobby said he had been waiiting approx 45 mins
