Great spot for a stay...

Liked: Great location, easy check-in, rooms were comfortable.
Disliked: Parking situation isn’t the best but that’s not uncommon for the area. Breakfast selection was okay but juices were out.

Great Staff, Great Location

Liked: Great location only a short minute walk from amazing restaurants and shops as well. The staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful.
Disliked: No signs to say where guest laundry was located, but staff were helpful in directing where the laundry was.

I wouldn’t book here again.

Liked: I like that it was right across from the convention center. We were there for cheer competition.
Disliked: I did not like that I was not able to get a late check out to make it convenient for us with our cheer schedule. I was even willing to pay extra. I even tried calling ahead of time and could never get anyone to answer the phone. Was going to cancel and book somewhere else but would have lost my money. It’s valet parking only, which if fine, but a little of a hassle when you’re there for cheer competition and need to stay after check out. We didn’t have any laundry bags in the room, no soaps and little complimentary items that are usually provided in hotel rooms. I could have asked but, ((deep sigh))…. This would not be my choice of hotel next time we’re here for cheer.
