This was the best experience we have ever had staying at a hotel; very professional and helpful staff.

Liked: Everything! Staff, bed, food - stellar, mountains above the rest!
Disliked: Absolutely nothing. If I had to choose something I would say strong coffee needs to be strong - it was weak but that's nothing!

Liked: It was just so-so. We did like that it has fans in the bathroom. Shower was super nice. Throughout almost looked like in the middle of a makeover.
Disliked: Dated. Had to switch rooms because tv didn’t work and maintenance has already left; it wasn’t even 4:30 pm Before we switched rooms, we noticed drawer in one nightstand was left open, tv screen was filthy with smears and stuff splashed on it. “Stuff” on other surfaces. Questioned overall cleanliness.

Liked: Clean and very attractive & modern looking.
Disliked: The difficulty of getting into the correct parking lot to the hotel. Many buildings in this area and lots of parking or driveways entries, but not all go through to property. However, if that is the only thing I can state as a dislike, then that proves this is a very nice and comfortable hotel
