Very disappointed

Disliked: Didn't like the original smelly room so had to change rooms the water was only luke warm could not even turn shower to hot. Pool not working. Very small rooms. Very disappointed

Liked: We only went to our room and breakfast. But it was all nice and clean.

Liked: The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is very clean and peaceful. And they serve a delicious breakfast.
Disliked: There was absolutely nothing that I didn't like!

I just need a towel...

Liked: Like how breakfast was different and enough everyday.
Disliked: The facility at the front desk is lazy. I needed a towel and wash clothes already in the process of getting my baby for a bath and she asked if I could come get my own towels from the lobby. Now my baby was already ready to take his bath. At this point I'm over it I told the lady not to worry about it. I don't understand why I couldn't get any help. Then when you get down to the lobby the people during the day on the phone. I don't know when it's close to check out they don't want to help you get out on time.
