A great stay .

Liked: The customer service was great . The breakfast was a lil different from the last time . It was good . Coffee and tea all day is always a plus .
Disliked: The breakfast sandwich all had ham . Persons who don’t eat meat was not accommodated.

Cockroaches and no follow up...

Liked: Breakfast was as expected. Coffee very weak. Bed comfy. Looked clean.
Disliked: Cockroaches! When I reported it I was told the manager was not in yet. We waited an extra hour. Still not there. Assistant manager took my info and said I would get a call about a possible partial refund but no call. Very expensive room for one night and to have roaches run behind the bathroom mirror! I understand it’s Florida. I live here But there is no reason for them to be in a hotel with the newer techniques to keep them away.

Liked: The front desk staff were helpful and pleasant. We asked to change rooms and it was no problem.
Disliked: The bed linens were not as comfortable as other hotels of similar class.There were no EV charging stations.
