Disliked: Not enough staff at front desk, no matter when you needed something long line and the kne gal moved very slow.People slamming doors until after midnight.Pool was cold.

Disliked: Room smelt like paint-suffered severe headache and nausea day after sleeping in room. First night was canceled without us being told. Spent the night at a very dirty hotel they sent us to. The entire experience that night made us feel extremely unsafe and like they were planning to jump us. Absolutely terrible and extremely terrifying experience. No refund was given although we were told there would be one. Manager busy when I call, finally left my phone number with front desk but she will not return my call.

Liked: The check in lady was super helpful and patient . She was worth the stay.
Disliked: Our room smelled like fish! Awful smell and AC was so loud. I was not able to sleep. The hotel was sold out. Our flight was canceled and so many others were too apparently.
