Liked: Proximity to airport and ship terminal.
Disliked: Had to order Uber to get to the hotel after waiting 1 hour at airport. TV did not work. Staff was minimally responsive. “Free” breakfast was just ok.

Liked: Location was good and had a free shuttle to the airport every hour on the hour 24/7.
Disliked: Check-in. Was told that room was not ready but would advise me when it had been completed if we sat in the lobby. After 1-1/4 hours watching at last 50 people check in and go to the elevator I asked what was going on. The agent had forgotten about us despite our sitting within 10 feet and her line of sight. Then I was asked for my bank card PIN - never been asked for that EVER!

Liked: The outside of the property is beautiful. The room itself was very nice. It was a very nice shuttle from the airport and to the cruise port. Breakfast was available. Not particularly to my liking. There is a Wendy’s directly next-door.
Disliked: Only one elevator was working. That elevator had plastic tape across the entire floor. The only ice machine that worked was the one on the first floor. The rest were out of order.
