The Stay that was Not...

Liked: On Thursday we loved what was available in the hot food choices. We always love the comfort of the room with the nice mattress and the cleanliness of the room. Love the accessibility of I 25 and our favorite restaurant, DC Oakes. Busy area but close to walking trails and parks.
Disliked: We felt that the hot tub was not as functional as it should have been. Since that is what we go up there for, the jet system needed repair. Also I called another Fairfield in Laramie and the same problem. Not functional. We could sit in the hot tub water but no jets? Disappointing!! On Saturday the breakfast food was not that great but thankfully they had yogurt and muffins and waffles.

Liked: Very clean, very nice desk clerk, great breakfast, appeared to be newer and all areas of hotel were clean.

Liked: The breakfast was horrible, the sausage tasted like crap and the eggs were just as bad. The breakfast sandwiches had no flavor the only good thing was the juice and oatmeal.
Disliked: I requested a late check in which I called on early I. The day and was told it would be fine, then I got there early and was told early check in wasn't guaranteed. Ok, that's fine and then the regular check in was pushed back and didn't get to actually get to to my room more than half an hour after scheduled check in time. It was loud until long after midnight and the spa and pool was shut down which was not told to me until after check in .
