It was comfortable with convenient...

Liked: The room was comfortable with good WIFI and abundant outlets. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was in a large room with options to satisfy everyone.
Disliked: The swimming pool and hot tub were out of order. The exercise room had several options, but I found two of the machines were out of order.

For the price it was...

Liked: The location was perfect, easy to find and access. The area was safe. The check-in person was so friendly and kind.
Disliked: The room smelled like poop. The beds were hard. The breakfast was lacking.

Clean stay and good location

Liked: Clean facilities, good location, friendly staff
Disliked: Hot tub and pool were closed, shower was lukewarm and wouldn’t warm up. Called front desk and switched rooms but only a little bit warmer.

Good place to stay for...

Disliked: Pool was closed that was a bummer. Also wanted top floor to be more quiet but not available so had someone above us making noise during the night and early morning. Air was hard to regulate in our room to be comfortable. Used the sofa sleeper but wasn’t comfortable at all.

Cancelled my booking without telling...

Disliked: Cancelled my reservation and did not call to let me know. I am very dissatisfied with this service.

Very nice hotel experience

Liked: After a 7 hour drive we needed a place to crash and we found the Fairfield Inn & Suites at Fort Collins. Everything was so tidy, and well taken care of. Love the decor, it's clean but cozy. Staff is very friendly. Next day we went down late for breakfast and they were already breaking down the service but the lovely lady waited for us to get some food and she even makes us some waffles before putting everything away. Breakfast had fresh fruit salad which is always very nice. Love it

Liked: New property with a great breakfast. Beds are very comfy. My only complaint is about housekeeping. We checked in on Wednesday, the night before Thanksgiving. We got back to the room Thursday night and the bed was not made and towels were still in the floor. I asked the front desk and was told they don’t have housekeeping on holidays, which seems very odd. Anyway, we requested housekeeping for the next day and once again, no housekeeping. The front desk gave us new towels so it would deter me from staying there again, but to be told there’s no housekeeping on holidays seemed odd.
Disliked: Nothing, the property was great.
