Friendly and professional

Liked: The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The hot water in the shower was excellent.
Disliked: The room was hot when we first arrived. It took a long time to cool. There was no land line phone in the room. The fire alarm went off at 5am in the morning. I had to go downstairs to get the staff to turn the alarm off.

Very happy with my stay....

Liked: The staff were very friendly and professional. Breakfast was awesome and the pool was nice.
Disliked: I wish I could have gotten back into the pool area from the outside with my room key.
