Disliked: Everything about this property lacks quality. Even down to management. The room you could tell it was cleaned fully there were old bars of soap left inside of the shower. The room when you walk in has a wet smell. We arrived early and I asked for an early check and they got the front desk allowed to check in early. The next day we get checked out of our room due to them saying that we are considered to check in the day before. The front desk also said that they tried to contact us to let us know about it. I'll check in and check out time, but not once we have received a call or a message from them stating anything about. I'll check in and check out times. I told them that their employee agreed to the check and the check-in times so why would they check us out then try to make us pay another $161 for one night. I explained to them that it was poor management and poor training that they should honor with the allowed their employees to do. I contacted booking twice to have the situation taken care of which led to the front desk, not answering the phone or answering the email back to bookings.com. The lady from the booking website that I have spoken to even tried to explain to them that it was on that end for the mistake on the check-in and checkout time but they still refuse to aunt it. It took me having to take the phone up to the front desk for them to speak to someone and by the time I got done with them they took down the price of the room to $65 for not even the one-day stay. I am still reporting them to the corporate. I will never stay here again. The only reason why they got one star is because I had to. If I could I would give zero.

Liked: The staff were phenomenal the room was old but extremely clean.
Disliked: The renovations being done on floors 2and three are needed. The contractors could have been much cleaner with how they left the carpets and elevator a mess. The contractors were polite when moving out of our way to pass. As a first responder was the fire alarm left on during the renovations?

Disliked: We were on the 3rd floor. Painters made a complete mess throughout the hallway and all room numbers from 312 down had no room numbers on them. Huge roach in the bathroom. Disgusting and certainly not worth $160
