Nice but could be better

Liked: The hotel itself was nice. The decor was nice & modern. Love the carpet!!!! Great eating space as well & the staff were super nice!!!
Disliked: The room was nice, the security lock was put on backwards so not usable. The tub didn’t drain well & was slippery & should have had a grab bar inside on the big wall. Lighting in rooms was dark & in the bathroom for a lady to put make up on was quite difficult. Very upset that the pool was not working & when we asked the said it had been broken for about a month. Y’all should let guests know when booking & charge accordingly. We were hoping to use pool but……
