Liked: I was surprised at this hotel. It was in the older area of Edmonton and actually quite a drive from my convention. I thought the hotel was new but it had just received a makeover. It looked lovely.Reception was welcoming and efficient. The room was spacious, modern. The bed and pillows were comfortable.
Disliked: The breakfast was not that good even for the common breakfast served at most hotels today. Do not expect anything grand. Coffee was good

Liked: Very comfortable bed, nice and clean room, nice comfortable shower, location is great with easy access to major roads and full amenities, employees were polite and welcoming and plenty of well lit parking, we also like how quiet our room was even though it over looked 97 st at 3rd floor level, we did not hear the bustling traffic at all.Breakfast was ample and plentiful.
Disliked: The scrambled eggs at breakfast the first morning were very watery and not too appetizing so we chose to do breakfast elsewhere the second morning, not sure how the eggs got watery but it was not like that last month when we stayed here.

Disliked: I had asked 2 weeks prior for early check-in they said yes. We got there they said the room was ready. Put us in another room not the suite I wanted for my wife's birthday. They didn't take much as I expected off. When my daughter and her family showed up at 415 they were told that their room was ready. I think this a poor excuses. I will never stay there again. Plus nobody mention there was construction going on the facility as well.
