The location wise superb.

Liked: The location was very near to Edmonton Airport and if you are planning to visit the Premium Outlet Mall this is the best hotel to stay as you can see the outlet mall from the room hotel and it was 5 mins drive only.The breakfast has many option than the other hotel.
Disliked: The pillow needs to be change it seems old. There was no free disposable toothbrush and tooth paste. The shower drain was to loud after you use the shower.

Fantastic and so grateful for...

Liked: Was given a ground floor room 101, without prior notification...receptionist noticed my struggle to walking (I developed sciatica; this happened during my long flights to Edmonton) during my wife and I, as we are checking in for the night.....that was unexpected and so considerate of the receptionist. I'm so grateful; Thank you. It meant a lot to me....
Disliked: I loved my stay on April 15,2025; If breakfast time be extended to 10am to cater for such a customer in an unexpected situation, that needed some extra time to be ready for breakfast.

Very good

Liked: Great location near the airport night before an early flight. Clean, quiet and modern with good workout facilities.
Disliked: Minor frustration with Internet/TV incompatibility with iPhone/iPad for streaming and time it took to be advised it wouldn’t work. Restaurant menu is very limited but was adequate for 1 night.
