I’d stay here again if...

Liked: Lovely voice outside of Canal Park congestion,
Disliked: Parking a big of a challenge.

Liked: Nice and clean. Friendly service.
Disliked: The pullout sofa needs to have a warmer blanket.

Liked: The room was very nice and we had a great view of the harbor in the winter time!
Disliked: The pool room was really hot. Overall the breakfast was good, but the sausage patties and links were cold.

Liked: I love how nice, clean and cozy the whole place is! The breakfast is wonderful with so many delicious and fresh options! The harbor view is absolutely amazing! The bathroom is nice and clean!

Disappointed

Disliked: The shower drain was clogged and when showering it was at least 2 inches of standing water. When we called down to have someone take a look it was met with unfriendliness. We waited another 45 minutes as we were told maintenance was going to take a look, no one came. We called back down again and we were told he was at the dentist, which would have been nice to find out by them calling us back- not the other way around. When we were asked about our stay, we told them the incident and she basically just said “well I don’t have my maintenance guys work at night”, already pushing the blame to someone else without even asking us when this was. (It was 10 am). We told her it was 10 am, she replied “well I didn’t get here until 3. We also found a lulu lemon bra behind some furniture which just was weird. We were disappointed with not only the cleanliness of our room, but also the staff who could not be held accountable whatsoever.
