Liked: Staff, service and location was good
Disliked: The booking.com said 1 king bed with 1 sofa bed. Instead the room had only one 1 king bed. With family it was uncomfortable and also shocking to being sold wrong information.

Rude staff. find somewhere else

Liked: rude staff, charged more than the guarantee through booking.
Disliked: Charged more than my booking rate was guaranteed at. When asked about it the staff said there is nothing they can do, they were charging me $35 more no matter what, and I had to call booking to dispute. When I said that has never been the case anywhere I have stayed when the price was more than the guarantee, and they threatened me to either “shutup and go back to my room now.” or they would have me removed.

Liked: Immaculate accommodations. From the staff, to the cleanliness, to the location, to the breakfast, to the accessibility to everything local. I could go on and on but it was just spectacular!!

Liked: Good location, clean, good breakfast bar.
Disliked: We didn’t realize that they don’t clean the room every day. So we had to request clean towels. We forgot to ask for more coffee! Other than that, the room was nice and clean.
