Disliked: Still fighting to get charge removed from wrong credit card. Should not have happened and should have been fixed immediately.

We just needed a place...

Liked: Pretty good access to airport.
Disliked: Elevator was not well maintained. Exercise equipment was broken in the fitness room. Room was small for four people.

Liked: Breakfast was adequate. Room very comfortable and clean. Location easy to get to.
Disliked: A little older - maintenance needed to be completed. Door lock to fitness area not working. Room window security broken.

Disappointing

Disliked: Did not have soap for sink. Hotel said they had run out. WiFi did not work. And TV remote did not work—did not change channels!!!
