The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The room and hotel was clean/nice. They need to update the data online indicating you have to pay for parking and not indicate it included free parking.
Liked: The room was nice and the staff was knowledgeable.
Disliked: Got charged $15 parking fee even when our confirmation said it included free parking.

It's worth the money
Liked: The staff was very cheerful and helpful. They answered my question and were definitely willing to help me enjoy my stay with them.
Disliked: The bed wasn't very comfortable but I have yet to find a comfortable bed in any hotel.

Would stay here again if...
Liked: Breakfast was pretty basic hotel options. Bed was very comfortable, plenty of hot water, proximity to Wells Fargo arena is great!
Disliked: Sound from highway outside window. Lots of motors revving - a Saturday nite crowd.

Beautiful clean location conveniently located...
Liked: Its location to the venue was perfect!
Disliked: Breakfast was supposed to be ready at 7am. It wasn’t set up and ready until 7:30. This normally wouldn’t be a probably, but we were waiting on breakfast to be able to eat and leave. I’m sure it was because they were short-staffed which I understand is a struggle for lots of businesses.
