The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The room and hotel was clean/nice. They need to update the data online indicating you have to pay for parking and not indicate it included free parking.

Disliked: Got charged $15 parking fee even when our confirmation said it included free parking.

Great stay, steps from Wells...

Liked: Very impressed with the king suite we stayed in! Roomy, clean, quiet and the bed/pillows oh so comfortable. Fabulous continental breakfast in a spacious sunny room. Steps from Wells Fargo where our event was. Downfalls, would like to have a restaurant closer, even attached to the hotel would be excellent. We struggled to find food before and after the concert. Also, we received an extra charge for $21 that I’m not clear on the reason. We didn’t do anything extra, unless that’s a charge for parking?

Great! Would definitely stay here...

Liked: Breakfast was great, bar and the staff at the bar was great, front desk staff was wonderful, location is amazing and very walkable to many locations throughout the city. Right on the river walk!
Disliked: We came on a fully booked/sold out weekend, it was definitely busy and seemed like they needed a few more staff, but everything still was kept clean and quiet.
