Comfortable place to sit through...

Liked: Clean and spacious rooms and public areas. Easy walk to a number of restaurants from fast food to fine dining.

Good

Liked: Nice looking room, large bathroom. Had a small indoor pool and hot tub, gym was nice, and food in the morning. Location was good for our needs.
Disliked: Beds were not comfortable for us, could be for others. Saw the guy working breakfast clean tables down with a napkin. Food was just ok, not as good as I hoped from prior reviews. Expensive to go anywhere these days..

Liked: Pool-Hot tub, food, comfort, rooms.
Disliked: Sam at the daytime front desk. She doesn't interact well with guests. She doesn't interact well with customers. In her explanations she was combative. She needs a Customer Service Class and someone to train her in customer service skills..She doesn't represent Fairfield well and sholuld be asigned to Housekeeping where there isn't the need to interact with customers.

Bad

Disliked: There are drunken group stayed next to our room causing lots of noise at 1:00 AM. It is a sleepiness night for us and also ruin our next day vacation plan.
