Liked: Decent… It would be nice to have hired staff replenish more frequently. Staff was busy socializing at the front desk, when guests were looking for coffee creamer, batter for waffles and sausage patties/eggs, etc. Ran out of milk bottles in the fridge Friday, nothing more than chocolate… my 3 year old was very unhappy. Yogurt tasted wierd. Consider another brand ?What we liked was courteous at front desk check in, Jimmy in the Tavern and the quiet at night on 4th floor. No slamming doors!!
Disliked: Was told at check-in room would be serviced every two days. What does this mean?? Never vacuumed and bed sheets were never changed during our stay. We placed soiled towels outside the entry door for replenish. Yet we had to go to the front desk for hand towels, wash cloths and bath towels.

Disliked: The bed was too low, it squeaked when I tossed and turned trying to get comfortable. The mattress was too soft and the pillows were too stiff. I have slept in hotel beds all over the world and this bed was the least comfortable. I only got about 2 1/2 hours sleep all night.
