The location was easy to...
Liked: The location was central to where we needed to be and who we needed to visit
Disliked: • The room had a smell to it that we couldn’t seem to get out. We think it was the air unit causing the smell. It was almost mildew smelling.• The tub was slow draining and the shower curtain wasn’t big enough to keep water from getting on the floor• We had to use the bathroom towels that didn’t have hair tangled in the fibers from being washed from their prior use.• The sheets and pillow cases had stains as well as some loose hair like some of our towels Because we weren’t in the room a good portion of the days we stayed, we just worked around the issues since it was also a short stay (three days). We also didn’t get house keeping done because we had no sure way of securing our personal items while we were out.

Liked: I thought the breakfast was very good and the front desk staff did well.
Disliked: Your 3 bath towels were excellent BUT it would have helped to have a bath mat for the floor instead of my using one of the towels. I tried to check out at 9 PM the night before I left. I had to leave by 6 AM to catch a flight at DIA and would not have time if there was a line at checkout. The lady at the desk obliged but in the morning when I checked my email, there was no check-out. So, I asked the lady on duty in the morning and she said I was still checked in. She did it and the email arrived as I was standing at the desk. The $20 per night incidental deposit was very annoying. I had no incidents and now I have to wait for the credit to my card. My biggest complaint was sleep on 10/23. I was in Aurora on a house hunting visit and had spent all day looking at property then had dinner with the realtor. I got to the hotel around 8:30 and had to get up at 5:15 Am to leave DIA. I was in bed at 9 reading. Around 9:15 PM, it sounded like there were 2-3 children in the room above me running and stomping on the floor and maybe jumping off the bed. I hoped that at least by 10 they would settle down. Not so, it continued like thunder. I could not sleep. Finally, just before 11, I called the desk. The lady was just coming on shift and said she would look into it. Shortly after 11, she called to tell me she had checked although she did not enter the room. She said there were kids. She told me to give it about half an hour to settle and that she would hate to have to move ME - I wasn't the problem, I was in bed trying desperately to sleep. That really annoyed me. It did settle some for a short time then started again. Somewhere around 1215 it diminished more and must have fallen asleep, having lost 3 hours of sleep when the alarm woke me at 5. I assume you can't segregate clients with kids from others but maybe you could stack the kids at one end of the building so they could all suffer together and allow other customers to get some sleep.

Disliked: I spent 2 nights and no one came to clean my room, make the bed, clean the bathroom for my entire stay. No trash was taken out either ....I would expect hotel management to make sure the room and its content are hygenic for guests.

Liked: Very friendly staff, nice clean room. With good amenities.
Disliked: Stayed for five days I was charged twice for the room. The staff was apologetic and refunded the money quickly but it took four days to get back into my account which was very inconvenient.

Enjoyed our stay, but could...
Liked: the staff was amazing, all but one young lady at the front desk. the breakfast lady was so welcoming and seemed to truly care about everyone that entered the breakfast room, even the maintenance man was so welcoming and he's the one that encouraged us to sing up for the hotel points plan.
Disliked: could have had more warm verity of warm foods. we stayed for 6 days and had the same thing every morning. always eggs, one day sausage the next sausage patty, and some little egg patty. it's would be nice to have biscuits and gravy and or some sort of potatoes.
