Liked: It was good when I checked in but what happen next absolutely ruined everything (
Disliked: I spend some nights in this hotel and one day my Air Pods 2 and fragrance Burberry Weekend was stolen from my room 133 (it happened 3/08/2025)I know same day housekeeper clean my room and after that my staff missed. I was not in hotel all day that day and next morning it was time to move out from hotel.Night shift couldn’t help me with that they said come back next morning when manager will be here.03/09. Next morning I came back to front desk I told all this info to manager who worked that day and she said ok, I will try to find it, I will start call housekeeper supervisor and each housekeeper to find it”.I also tracked my air pods and I gave to her address where it was in what house it isEasy to understand what associate did it.Of course I also made case with police and police told me when hotel will have info and description who clean your room you can give this information to detective.Then I checked out from hotel and when I was out of city manager called me back and she said: good news I have your staff in front desk I asked her to sent it to me in Kansas, because I just start my vacation and it was not my plan to come back in DenverShe said no problem I will sent it to you.And now 3/31/2025 I still can see my AirPods2 fresh location it is in hotel I called them today and admin told me she don’t know where it is, it is not there, all managers who may know where it is doesn’t work here anymore, so she will not help me with this.I don’t understand whats going onBecause manager she told me I found it and I know she did it because all days I tracked location so I know it was out of hotel then I guess housekeeper supervisor bring it back and now it is in hotelIt is fresh locationAdministrator just don’t want to help meWhen I called manager ANY manager admin she said all managers who may know not work here anymoreManager who still work there doesn’t know anything about it.It is so crazy for me and unbelievable.

Superb

Modern, Safe but housekeeping needs...

Liked: Staff were super friendly. Lobby was clean and modern offering tea/coffee or lemon water. The pool was nice (bit cool to my liking) but nice. The room looked nice but fear housekeeping could use some lessons. I do not think our room was cleaned properly. Unfortunately we did not get to experience the breakfast. Parking was good and area was nice and felt safe there.

Liked: I love that the staff was friendly and professional. The hotel was clean and beautifully kept in the amenities was everything.
