Very Clean and Updated Property

Liked: I have worked in hospitality for 25 years-if I did not know it, I would have thought we were the first to stay in this room ever! It was pristine-very clean and comfy. Room and hotel had clearly been remodeled and updated recently and it showed. Breakfast was great-nice selection clean and well stocked. If we are ever in the area, we would not hesitate to stay here again.
Disliked: Only odd thing was it was hard to figure out how to get into the building. The door facing the main street was locked although you can see the front desk through it. I called a couple of times and watched the desk clerk hang up on me! 3rd time he answered and told us to come to the back of the building. He was helping a very complicated guest but still to hang up while we watched him through the window was not called for. This was quite frustrating after a long drive-a simple sign on that door directing you out back would be very considerate of your guests.
