We love the hotel and it's proximity to events. Parking for FREE is a big plus!

Disliked: More direction as to where to park so it's easy to get from and to the car.

Liked: Great location, spacious comfortable room. Staff at check-in were super helpful. We were given a map of downtown Dayton with an extensive list of bar and restaurant recommendations
Disliked: The complimentary breakfast was OK but very basic. Would have liked some fresh fruit.

Disliked: AC was inconsistent and noisy. The price of the room was really high for a basic room. I have stayed in much nicer suites for half the price.
