We love the hotel and it's proximity to events. Parking for FREE is a big plus!

Disliked: More direction as to where to park so it's easy to get from and to the car.

Liked: Had reserved two rooms and when we got to the hotel discovered that only one room was reserved. Asked for two rooms, requested another one with negative results

Liked: I have stayed at this location several times. The staff is always friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel is quiet and directly next to the walking path by the river and the baseball stadium. Always a nice experience!
Disliked: The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Hot and cold options. Compared to previous stays, the food was not refilled. Perhaps they were having a particularly busy time during my stay.

Liked: Everything was great. Except, they didn't clean my room when I specifically requested it. It might have been a miscommunication. Another thing is that I wished the breakfast started earlier. It starts at 6:30am rather than 6am like other places i have stayed. On the day I was leaving, it was Saturday, and they didn't have breakfast until 7am. Also, one of the kitchen staff was attending the front desk, and it seemed like he was running everything alone at that point (before 7am). Regardless, it was clear to me that the facility was kept clean and they were very cordial.
