We love the hotel and it's proximity to events. Parking for FREE is a big plus!

Disliked: More direction as to where to park so it's easy to get from and to the car.

Disliked: There was a spot of blood on my side of the bed. Fresh, red blood . had it not been so late when we got in, I would've requested a bed change or new room. Could use more than 1 person coffee choice as well.

Liked: The bed was very comfortable. Room was spacious.
Disliked: I requested a room with a bathtub. It did not have tub, only shower. Since I went in room and booked through a 3rd party, I was unable to be accommodated. I did receive an email prior from both booking site and the hotel itself that this would not be a problem. Very disappointed outside of location that was my main reason for booking there in first place. I only have shower at home and was really looking forward to soaking in a tub.

Disliked: There was construction going on across the street. Very noisy. Also could hear other guests in halls, door closing etc. I have stayed here before and don’t recall it being so noisy.

Disliked: Too expensive for the stay. Soap scum in the shower. No trash bags in the trashcan. Wallpaper bubble and looks as if they tried to glue it and if failed

Liked: Great staff, excellent service, nice view of the city! Very clean and comfortable! Parking paid for by hotel at the parking garage next door. My favorite part of the check in system is that they only put a $1 charge for security deposit, instead of making you pay a deposit which is normally the equivalent of 30% of the price of the room at other hotels. Essentially holding onto your money for 7-10 days after you've checked out and forgot about it. Much better system here! Would recommend to anyone, and will be my go to anytime I'm in the Dayton area overnight.
Disliked: No complaints here.
