Liked: My score has no reflection on front staff.
Disliked: The window seal was soaked from the rain, and nasty. I requested towels to place along the inside of window. The room had a moldy smell. During the night I felt something crawl on me. In the morning I found the big roach I flipped off me.

Liked: The place is good. Lots of kids running around unsupervised in the middle of the night.

Liked: The location is the reason for choosing your hotel.We had a delightful conversation with your kitchen help.
Disliked: All the road construction nearby messes up getting around town.Also, the room key failed to open our door, and hotel personnel had to use a physical metal key to open our door. Since it was a Sunday nobody was there to change batteries or whatever. So we had to switch rooms. The entire fiasco took nearly an hour until we were settled into the other room.
