This hotel was a good pick for me and my husband. The room was very clean, comfortable and nice. The staff were very friendly.
Disliked: No negatives.

Staff was very personable and helpful with any requests or questions that we had. The hotel facility was updated yet very well taken care of. Excellent location for all travels around Dallas area.
Liked: Great experience.

Do not stay here.
Liked: They charge me for one night when I repeatedly told them I couldn’t make it due to unforeseen circumstances. I live out of town and wanted to change my dates but they ignored my request. I never heard back from them. I will never use this hotel. They will rip you off.
Disliked: They don’t respond.

Liked: Close to the venue we went to
Disliked: Only one parking pass per room, there should at least be 2 parking passes per room as not everyone travels together. It would be helpful if the front desk clerk would also know where guests don't have a parking pass can go park and not get towed. The clerk was not helpful at all in that sense and didn't care to help any further. If you know it is a busy weekend, you should be prepared to assist with these questions. Also, if a guest asks for utensils, it would also be helpful for the front desk clerk to not be rude like it isn't their job to assist guests. This was our first time in the hotel, so obviously, we had no idea they kept plates near the microwave by the front. Sorry to interrupt your conversation, but I am a guest, and you should be willing to assist with simple questions like that and not be condescending.
