This hotel was a good pick for me and my husband. The room was very clean, comfortable and nice. The staff were very friendly.

Staff was very personable and helpful with any requests or questions that we had. The hotel facility was updated yet very well taken care of. Excellent location for all travels around Dallas area.

Liked: Staff is nice, helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. It seemed like anytime I was out and about and came back to the hotel someone was cleaning something. The breakfast is the usual fare but hot fresh and tasty. Given the cost of hotel stays these days, it's a good value.
Disliked: WiFi was pretty slow but useable.

Best Hotel In Dallas!!

Liked: Best hotel in Dallas, I will definitely be staying here again, in fact, this will be the only Hotel I stay at going forward. Me and my family stay at this hotel every year to visit family and they are always so hospitable and clean! The front desk are Super friendly, but the housekeeping ladies could be a little more hospitable, but not bad enough to keep me from staying there. The breakfast is the best hands down in that area!! Thanks front desk you all are AWESOME!!
Disliked: Housekeeping could be more friendlier when asking for towels, couldn’t use pool because it was not cleaned, but I would still stay here with or without a pool
