This hotel was a good pick for me and my husband. The room was very clean, comfortable and nice. The staff were very friendly.

Staff was very personable and helpful with any requests or questions that we had. The hotel facility was updated yet very well taken care of. Excellent location for all travels around Dallas area.

Disliked: Several faultsFor such a high brand Hotel Chain MARRIOT this hotel is veey unsatisfactory to name Rooms are small No microwaves (Had to buy my own)Guests are charged for parking Nigh shift clerk made condescending remarks to my daughter when she brought to his attention an uncomfortable encounter with a security guard Wife daughter and grandkids went to get breakfast Everything serving tray was empty Guests were furious It took almost 45 minutes to resupply the breakfast items Eggs were inundated with pepper and sausage was burnt Coffee continually was allowed to run empty the same with water and juices Breakfast area around Waffle iron area was filthy
