Disappointing

Liked: Breakfast was hot with several choices. Front desk personnel were very friendly. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Room had a glade plug in that smelled like pine, which was overwhelming when walking into the room. We had to open a window to air it out. Bathtub had hair in the drain and on tiles that were visible from standing outside the tub. There as no fruit to chose from at breakfast.

Nothing like I expected. Wish...

Liked: Location was really good. Had alot of food places around that was in walking distance if you didn’t want to drive
Disliked: Got to the first room and it had a very bad mildew smell. Did call the front desk and that employee moved is to another room. Breakfast was not that good and didn’t have lots of options. I also asked the lady at the front desk the next day if she could change the sheets and put new towels in the room. When we got back to the room around midnight we noticed that they never even attempted to go in the room and do anything… Went to the front desk to see what happened or if someone could do it. And the man said well since your checking out tomorrow it was to late to change the sheets. Which is crazy because we asked around 2 when we left. But he did give me new towels because i again had to ask for them.

Liked: Location, the lobby was super clean
Disliked: A staff member barged into my room without knocking, the room I was in had a bad ac unit that leaked all over the floor

Liked: Access to a pool, clean room, lots of outlets
Disliked: Pool room was very hot and had a strong odor. Room TV broken Bathtub head was oddly mounted (sticking out of the wall , not fully set into wall)
