Liked: Close to everything
Disliked: The room felt like a jail cell. It was concrete floors, walls and ceilings. The parking wasn’t even gated and cost $45

Will not stay here again....

Liked: It’s like a renovated parking garage and it smells really bad and musty.. does not feel like a nice hotel.. very odd fell and the area isn’t great. The parking situation is also very odd.
Disliked: It felt like beds placed in an old musty parking garage. There were dirty marks everywhere and our room had a very distinct smell that was musty and smelled like turpentine or paint thinner. Will not ever stay here again.

Good location for Dallas Downtown...

Liked: The breakfast was a standard American breakfast. Only apple and bananas for fruit. Sad to see only sausages one day and bacon the next, why not both? The size of the bedroom was impressive!
Disliked: The swimming pool is in a courtyard over looked by a multi-level car park. The hotel is tired, not the 'Marriott' level of quality I have seen in many of their over hotels.Such a shame there are so many homeless people around the streets by this hotel. (I hope the hotel does what it can to help)
