It was not a pleasant...

Liked: ease of checking in and out
Disliked: When staying there we were awoke around 1 AM due to the individuals in the room next to us screaming/fighting. It appeared that whomever was in the room next to us was slung into the wall waking us up. Banging all throughout the night. Things slung into the hallway. We called the front desk to inform them of what was going on. Unsure if they ever got to the bottom as to what was happening. We were unable to get any sleep after that. The air in our room seemed to not get cool as we were sweating allThroughout the night. Overall just not a good experience. The hotel is too expensive for the location. However, the front desk when checking in and out was pleasant.

The front desk staff was...

Liked: The front desk staff was friendly and was able to get me into my room before the scheduled check-in time.
Disliked: The shuttle driver on my way back to the airport from the hotel was not friendly at all. The only thing that he said was, "You're welcome" when I said, "Thank you" at the airport. He didn't even attempt to get out and open the door or ask to carry my bag or anything.
