Everything was great from the time I checked in until I checked out. All of my needs were met. The room was clean to my satisfaction and the amenities were great. I would definitely utilize this hotel again when I am in Columbus.

Stayed here for a visit to OSU for 2 nights. Overall, just an average property - guess I expected a little more. Basic room - was clean and everything in working order in the room. Disappointed there was not a fridge in the room - that would be a nice addition. Pool is very small, one of the smallest I have seen in a hotel of this type. Hot tub not working during my stay. Breakfast offerings are adequate, but I felt it was not as good as what I might find elsewhere. Might not stay here again if I find something else in the same price range.

Disliked: Room 402 smelled like raw sewage when we walked in. Toilet flushed and water would come up through the bathtub. We travelled for 12 hrs and were exhausted so we just slept and left. Wasn’t able to shower because of the smell.

Liked: Great location to OSU campus. Clean hotel. Free parking. Friendly staff. Good TV.
Disliked: The room was a little small. The football game shuttle didn't take us very far.
