Everything was great from the time I checked in until I checked out. All of my needs were met. The room was clean to my satisfaction and the amenities were great. I would definitely utilize this hotel again when I am in Columbus.

Stayed here for a visit to OSU for 2 nights. Overall, just an average property - guess I expected a little more. Basic room - was clean and everything in working order in the room. Disappointed there was not a fridge in the room - that would be a nice addition. Pool is very small, one of the smallest I have seen in a hotel of this type. Hot tub not working during my stay. Breakfast offerings are adequate, but I felt it was not as good as what I might find elsewhere. Might not stay here again if I find something else in the same price range.

Liked: Breakfast was good, they had warm and cold options. I'm not a fan of turkey sausage, but it was filling anyway. The bed was very comfortable. They hadn't replenished towels but the staff was quick to fix that problem. We were just a short drive to the convention center and definitely enjoyed our stay!
Disliked: The room was finished when we got there but it was quickly rectified.

Disliked: Just a little more effort cleaning. Run the bare floor vacuum in the bathroom and mop good. There were too long dark hairs on my pillows. Just be aware.

Disliked: They advertise a bar, but the bar was not open that evening and we really needed to relax after a long drive. Why would they say they have something when they don’t?

Liked: Generally upscale breakfast, clean, neat, social atmosphere, you could hang out in the breakfast area at all times.
Disliked: I was double billed. I billed my room through booking.com, but then was charged again when I got there and can't straighten all of this out because it's two different cards and companies, I am so upset!
