We stayed for eight nights...

Liked: The fitness center had more than expected! My husband and I used the dumbbells and weight benches, the kettlebells, elliptical, treadmill. The coffee and tea bar was always available. There were enough breakfast choices that we never felt like we needed to leave the hotel for breakfast. We had an issue with our refrigerator and it was immediately replaced.

Perfect but the soft water...

Liked: Breakfast was amazing. Staff was friendly. The building and the room were marvelous.
Disliked: The shower was soft water. The staff didn’t mention it. When I showered I couldn’t rinse off the soap. That’s one of the most miserable feelings in life. I really loved the place but I cannot stay there again on purpose because of the soft water.

Disliked: Booked through booking.com and made sure the woman at check in knew this only to be charged for the stay again! This is the second time this has happened at this property, would not recommend staying here if booking through a third party!
