Overall worth the price

Liked: Breakfast and Ms GIGI was very nice. The price and location were great.
Disliked: The room could've been cleaned better. There were someone's socks left right on the floor. Then, on one of the sockets, it had a piece of candy stuck to it. And the floor under desk had peanuts and seeds like someone dropped them. The street light shined bright in my room the entire night. Lastly, someone killed a spider on the wall and left it there.

Liked: Check in at 3pm.
Disliked: Showers were unclean there was mold and someone’s in the shower. I asked to be moved to a different room I showed the receptionist at the time a video and he said “no that hasn’t been cleaned at all “. While I was gone staff came to clean the room and left my room door open (top lock turned do door wasn’t closed). Other room’s shower was just as bad I waited until the next morning and asked front desk at 7:30am could someone come clean it she informed me that there were no housekeepers there until 9. She informed me that as soon as the housing manager should she would make my room the first that was cleaned. I waited until 10:08am and called downstairs there was no answer. Upon making my way to the front desk reception told me the cleaning staff just came. I then spoke with the housekeeping manager asking her can divine come clean my shower because I wanted to take a bath. I was told she could get someone to clean it “but not is now”. She asked me to wait 30 minutes until after he meeting I then went to shower in my brothers room and their shower looked the same. Housekeeper showed up to my room with one dingle spray bottle, and clean towels .I then pointed out all the mold and red areas letting her know that means the shower isn’t clean. She said ok like she understood closed the bathroom door got on the phone telling someone “that’s not mold” 30 seconds later walked out the bathroom saying there was nothing she could do about it because it wasn’t mold and the maintenance would have to look at it. She walked I took a wet towel and stepped the molded area and it came off easily. Front desk called and relayed the same message I informed her that the housekeeper never cleaned the shower. Receptionist offered to move me again I then told her I’ve been in 3 showers and they all looked the same I’ll go by some bleach to tired around the shower and hope I done get a foot fungus. I will never never stay there ever again.

Liked: I didn't stay for breakfast, had an emergency. However, staff was on point with everything.
Disliked: I loved the check in service. Staff was amazing, looking forward to my next stay.

Liked: The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful, and the room was nice and clean.
Disliked: The bed was comfortable. However, it was a little too close to the floor. We would have preferred a bed that was more elevated from the floor.
