Disliked: When checking in my reservation couldn't be found and the staff member seemed very confused. The following morning the staff member wasn't very friendly.

Disliked: Toilet seat was damaged, coffee pot didn’t function . Requested 1 floor & got 2nd floor!

Overall a good stay.

Liked: Breakfast was great! The location was close to restaurants. Quiet location and very pet friendly. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: The bed and pillows were not comfortable. White washcloths were dingy. Only one of the 2 elevators working.

Bad

Liked: Made reservations on Booking.com and it was confirmed got there had No rooms but your parking lot wasn't full at all Very Disappointed with this Hotel. My family stays there when they visit but No longer will stay there now. Service Desk guy was rude about it too.
Disliked: Your Employees were rude not what you want for business with people staying

Okay place to stay.

Liked: I liked that they accept pets. I also liked that they wrap their mattress with a zipper cover!
Disliked: Only one elevator was working, so it was a long wait.
