Clean; quiet; friendly staff and the breakfast was hot and fresh!

Disliked: Our room’s heat/cool controls need attention. When all power and fan turned completely off the room eventually crept up to 78 degrees. We had to turn the A/C on both nights to sleep and get room down to reasonable 70-71 degrees. It was 10 degrees outside so weird to need to run the AC. Closet door is janky! Room needs a luggage rack which we improvised and used a full size iron board in closest for instead.

Great holiday location to family...

Liked: One of our party had a disability that the property managers considered and upgraded the room to accommodate the needs!

Exceptional

Liked: The woman at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and kind at check in. We had forgotten our Booking.com information/confirmation number and she really went above and beyond in helping to locate our reservation information, and she was very polite about it all. She truly wanted a positive outcome. She was also exceptionally nice at check out. We really appreciated her help. We love the location of this hotel. It’s very accessible with ample parking, and wonderful views.
Disliked: It would be good to have real creamer available at the main floor coffee station. I don’t really care for CoffeeMate.

Disappointing

Disliked: The man at the desk was totally disinterested in helping us get the internet working at the hotel. From Thursday till Sat. we had no internet. With a memorial service and internment happening along with google directions not available made only added to our stress level while we were there!!!

It served its purpose but...

Liked: Location was good close to the highway with easy access to everywhere I was going on my trip. Breakfast was adequate
Disliked: Waited 10 minutes for a front desk clerk to show up so I could check in. They only clean your room every other day. The parking lot was a disaster full of pot holes. Very noisy hotel, no sound deadening in the walls or ceiling.
