MAJOR RENOVATION GOING ON.

Liked: WE DIDN'T STAY. They had a major renovation going on, they had NOTHING as advertised. They said that they had advised Booking.com but you didn't show that on your website.
Disliked: WE LEFT AND DIDN'T STAY!!! They had a major renovation going on, they had NOTHING as advertised. They said that they had advised Booking.com but you didn't show that on your website.

Disliked: Smell of new carpet and glue, window does not open

Liked: The room was nice and comfortable.
Disliked: The pool and hot tub are out of service and are still charging me premium rates.

Liked: The breakfast was ok. I was happy with the variety. The bacon was precooked from the packaging but no more. It could have been cooked a little on location for a more appealing appearance
Disliked: I had reserved and prepaid for 2 rooms. One for me, one for my Dad. When I got to the hotel, they could only confirm one room and had to call Booking.com. After 11 hours on the road I was NOT happy. The receptionist wasn't much help either. She never did tell me what happened or why she had to call. I use Booking all the time and this has NEVER happened before
