Disappointing

Liked: The breakfast was quite simple with no healthy options available. Everything was served in plastic, showing a lack of consideration for both the environment and health.
Disliked: Improvements needed include proper cutlery and plates, healthy alternatives to all the sweet items, and ensuring the eggs are served warm rather than half cold. It would be great to see the breakfast offerings updated to be more in line with current trends.

Better than expected

Liked: Last time we stayed in a King room and was very disappointed. This time stayed in a King "suite" with a pullout couch and the room looked like it had been recently renovated. Nice and clean and spacious. Would book this type of room again.

Liked: The service and facilities were excellent! The beds were very comfortable. My husband booked this hotel and i must say that he did a good job.
Disliked: The walls were kind of thin but the hotel wasn’t crowded so it was ok.

Liked: Staff is always polite and accommodating.
Disliked: Carpet in room 305 is warn and needs replacement. Toilet would not flush the first time. Asked maintainence to repair it. They stopped bye to attempt a repair but it still would not flush. Our stay was two weeks and the toilet issue was annoying.
