Disliked: Pool heater was out; no swimming for the kids.

Liked: Location seemed to work for this trip.
Disliked: Front desk staff worked sooooo slow, and didn't recognize my Bonvoy Platinum Status. The room was dark and dated. Breakfast needs serious updating and better.
