Great location

Liked: I booked through Booking.com. Great location despite it being near Allstate arena. But yet perfect being so close to the airport was perfect for us. Very little traffic, we were near restaurants and shops which was a huge plus for us. Only thing I disliked was driving around which seemed like forever looking for parking. They have you pay for parking but don't tell you that you share the parking lot with two other hotels and a restaurant. And we paid and was not able to park on the property until our last day. First day we kept our shades open because we had to park in the lot next to hotel which is not for customers its was for the customers of the event center next door. I feel like I should get a refund for parking because I paid and only was able to use onsite parking 1 day. The hotel needs more parking very paid. Breakfast provided is continental eggs, already made waffles with some type of vanilla glaze on it, turkey sausage, oatmeal in water didn't look cooked and other free included continental options.
Disliked: Parking was lacking real bad. First night we didn't even park in the designated area for parking. Because there was no parking, so we had to park the lot next door and keep an eye on our car through hotel window because that was the only available parking. We spent almost 5 minutes circling around to find parking in the lot. When you check in, they have you pay for parking if needed. Yet do not tell you that you share the parking lot with two other hotels and a restaurant. Parking very poor almost nonexistent. I deserve a parking refund in full or at least the one day I wasn't able to park onsite. Will contact property.
