Liked: Had yo book last minute due to flight cancellation. Room was clean. Front desk staff was helpful in trying to get a toothbrush. However, there were none available. There was some toothpaste which was helpful.

Superb

Liked: The customer service was top tier. Breakfast was delicious
Disliked: The fact that the hotel is far from downtown Chicago is the only dislike.

Convenient location to airport with...

Liked: Better than Sleep Inn. Good coffee.

Disliked: Didn't dislike anything really, it was pretty good overall.
