Liked: The facility was nice and clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was great. Had a vast selection.
Disliked: I didn't like that I had to pay $24 per night for parking in addition to the price of the room. It was not brought to our attention that I would have to pay that and others that came in to check in didn't know that either. They were surprised as well. It would have been nice to know ahead of time. I didn't like that I had to go to a different floor to get ice. The ice machines were on the first, third and fifth floor. We had a room on second floor.

Liked: They charge me double so I got my money back. Thanks. Close to the Midway Airport. Airport shuttle. The breakfast was delicious. Check in and out was Awesome!!
