Have stayed at same hotel...

Liked: Ideal location of hotel. Comfortable bed and room. Convenient breakfast included.

Poor

Liked: Location.
Disliked: The bed, the small room, the fact walls aren't soundproof, the coffee was horrible and the sausage s were served called 7:30 am. I slept horrible!

We had a very good...

Liked: The staff at this hotel went above and beyond for our stay. The breakfast staff was the nicest and caring staff that I have ever encountered. You should be proud of them.
Disliked: The pillows were horrible. We did not like the climate control. No matter what we set it on it was always too hot in the room

Liked: The bed sheets were clean, and the staff was nice and helpful.
Disliked: There were not any water bottles in the room and enough plastic cups to use. (There were only 3 cups. If I booked a room for 5, it could be 5).

Fairfield's POS sucks!

Liked: That dining area was nice. The staff were friendly and the food was delicious.
Disliked: My problem was with the front desk. They charged me twice and ended up owing me money. I didn't get that money back until I came back from my trip. Being charged twice made the rest of the trip uncomfortable money wise
