All in all I would definitely stay here again.

Liked: Very convenient location.
Disliked: Was not told what time breakfast was when we checked in and missed it.

Superb

Liked: Excellent location. Breakfast room was available for small gatherings in the evening.
Disliked: A luggage cart was not available, only with staff supervision. When staff member was not directly available, the luggage cart was not accessible.

Quick to over that exceeded...

Liked: Excellent location. Easy to walk to the navy pier and plenty of restaurants close by to get some nice food. The staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Good breakfast range
