Absolutely delightful room and wonderful...

Liked: The property was clean and easy to navigate, and the staff were incredibly accommodating with my request for a late check out. I needed the room to get ready for my wedding, and they made it happen with enthusiasm, gushing over the dress and the excitement of my wedding. It meant a lot to have that from complete strangers!
Disliked: I have no complaints.

Liked: Set ‘free cancellation window’ advertised.
Disliked: But when we accidentally booked the wrong date they would not cancel the wrong one. Bad customer service experience.

Liked: The first day we got there at 9am, the croissant sandwiches were really hard on bottom. the egg bites were really good flavor but seemed like they were old. the 2nd morning was all good though I liked biscuits and gravy and bacon they were way fresher
Disliked: our bed was rock hard, the first night we thought it was uncomfortable because of all the driving, but 2nd night confirmed it was the mattress. the shower sorta felt like needles and water got everywhere like floor when used. Need a rug or something to not slip. otherwise very clean, everything we needed, staff was wonderful, very quiet location as I didn't hear our neighbors in room next to us. If the bed was better I'd say excellent stay
