Mediocre stay at best. I...

Liked: Room was clean. They called after checkout to let me know I'd forgotten my pillow.
Disliked: My room being the very first one next to the lobby (too noisy). My room had no tub, only a shower & they couldn't accommodate a switch to a room with a tub (highly inconvenient when traveling with a kid, which was specified in the booking. No smart TV, which means no apps & being stick watching local television. Upgrades are definitely needed.

Liked: Check in person "Coke" was exceptionally personable as she greeted us, and engaged us in welcoming and thoughtful conversion that indicated how much she appreciated us choosing Fairfield Marriott. Such a lovely and positive experience to begin our stay.

It was everything we expected....

Liked: Every staff member we encountered was polite, professional, and very, very informative and helpful.
Disliked: The highways and roads in and around Chesapeake are very confusing for newcomers. This is nothing you can do anything about, but it made for a less than spectacular trip. The hotel itself is just fine. It was quiet and comfortable.
