Disliked: The entry door on the side of the building was open and accessible to anyone. The sign near the door stated you needed your key but you didn't. Safety concern as that entry faced woods that looked like personal residence.

Liked: Convenient location (for me). Clean. Quiet. Easy free parking. Convenient to nearby interstate. Location seems safe - I didn't have any concerns about safety walking from car to/from hotel, no concerns about people who don't belong there roaming the hotel's halls. Decent free breakfast with good variety of items, including a few hot items (eggs, sausage, etc). Staff friendly
Disliked: Basically too many annoyances in the last few visits to justify $200+/night price. I have been staying here for years, but things have gone noticeably downhill - esp since COVID - and I will look elsewhere when planning my next visit to the area. Hotel needs to get its act together regarding issuing working room access cards. My first card did not open the door, I had to return to the desk. After waking at 2:45am, traveling for 12 hours thru 2 airports, then driving almost an hour thru rush-hour traffic to get to this hotel, I am NOT IN THE MOOD for the door key to not work. So they change me to a different room and issue a card for that room. This one DOESN'T WORK EITHER. Ultimately they got it figured out, but the next morning on my way to b'fast I passed a woman who was locked out of her room because the card (which she had with her) wouldn't open the door - she had to go to the front desk and stand in line to get it sorted out.Other annoyances: * in room coffee maker produced brown warm water that tastes nothing like coffee - get rid of these things and use something else like Keurig or Nespresso * too much plastic/disposable in room and b'fast area - how about some real plates, ceramic coffee cups, glass glasses, metal cutlery? * Bottles of shampoo/bodyWash/conditioner in room were insufficiently full. You KNEW (question on online check-in) I declined housekeeping, you should have stocked the room with enough of everything prior to my arrival to last the length of my stay * fluorescent light over bathroom sink frequently wouldn't come on and just flashed rapidly without emitting any useful light * Inadequate lighting in the suite's sitting area - I had to move lamps from bed area into sitting area - how about some table/floor laps in there? * broken plumbing and soap basket in shower area * fridge has no temp control - its either on or off - the drinks I put in there were frozen solid by the next day.
