My stay
Liked: Everything was fine except in room 219 the TV in the living area kept going in and out also the air conditioning unit is real loud...The treadmill in the exercise room had a lot of black sticky stuff on them

Liked: Staff was racist, unprofessiona besides the young man that worked morning shift very excellent l and the room TV and doors did not work properly bathroom had visible mold, heat didn't really get heated, we was lied to and wasn't given pillows to sleep on by the Front desk lady on second shift and was lied on by 3rd shift and harassed

Liked: The front desk lady was very rude on the 2nd shift she lied about having pillows for the bed because we didn't have any in the room I was told by the morning shift it was extra pillows in the back so my children slept without pillows on the pullout bed, the over night shift guy lied about events that took place at the hotel he seemed to be racist and also kept looking at my daughter's while they was in their swimsuits at the pool with a nasty smile on his face. Our tvs in the room did not work no channel was visible so we had to watch our phones our locks on the door wear broken they would not close properly unless you extra stuff to make it work as we was told by the front desk she didn't know why they didn't work properly and the shower had visible mold around it other than that the young man from morning shift was excellent but his boss in the back off had a very rude attitude also did other management walking around we could barely hear ourselves talk at the pool because of one staff worker that was on his phone arguing with someone being really loud I paid alot of money to stay at this hotel and did not get my money worth and that is not right at all

Liked: There was attention to detail in every area. The room had a pleasant fragrance. The temperature was perfect without us having to touch any controls! The staff represented your company SO WELL. I truly felt a warm welcome by all staff. Honestly that was quite a surprise. The coffee and tea options were excellent. There was no area where it seemed your company tried to cut corners but still the price was very reasonable. It was just so pleasant in every way. Thank you! I hope your staff gets a raise!!!
