I would say, all considered,...

Liked: There was attention to detail in every area. The room had a pleasant fragrance. The temperature was perfect without us having to touch any controls! The staff represented your company SO WELL. I truly felt a warm welcome by all staff. Honestly that was quite a surprise. The coffee and tea options were excellent. There was no area where it seemed your company tried to cut corners but still the price was very reasonable. It was just so pleasant in every way. Thank you! I hope your staff gets a raise!!!

Disliked: In the middle of the night the light cut out of no where for literally a whole hour !

Disliked: Before I booked a call to make sure the swimming pool was indoors and open but once I arrived, it was nasty we couldn’t even get in there..

This hotel had roaches

Disliked: The cleanliness was not good, and it had bugs
