Liked: Everything was to the professional of the hotel brand name.
Disliked: The breakfast was great, but the staff was very slow about keeping the food up. At 8:30 am, food ran completely out, The was slow in cleaning up trash, and they had 2 staffer.

Liked: Check in staff was courteous & inviting. The room was nice but the shower/bathroom wasn't the cleanest. Or maybe just 'dated. Shower & bathroom floor had some obvious worn spots that we decided to wait to get home (5 hour drive). Breakfast was great though

Disliked: The beds were hard and the walls are thin.

Liked: The location was perfect easy to get to the Casino and travel to various places in Cherokee.
Disliked: Nothing everything was really great.

Liked: Lovely Hotel. Excellent location to everything you will need for visiting Cherokee. Directly across the street from the Casino. Five minute walk to restaurants and Casino. All the shops in Cherokee less than a mile away. Will stay here again next time visiting Cherokee. Would recommend.
